Risk Management + Money Managent

Any Trading System that do not involves a good RM and MM attributes in its trade is a BAD one.

Its not all about how BIG u WON on the last trade but how BIG you protect you last trade. If you wanna take a risk, ask yourself

1. How big is the RISK

2. How big is the PROFIT

If a LOSS take away more than 50% of your last trade, then your RM is BAD.

If a WIN brings back 2 past loses of your trade, then your RM is GOOD.

Consider a trade of 10 entries.

If you are assured of profit in just winning 40% of the trades, the you have done well

The old saying...."He who laugh last laugh BEST".

Make your trade a COMPOUNDING PROCESS.

TRADE with just 2% of your account in any trade.

If you feel you are so sur of your trades and wanna win BIG.....then make it a process for the best result.

The BIGGER you earn the BIGGER you earn MORE....Just follow the process.

3. Which is doing better in the EUR/GBP pair?


condition-1 condition2 possibilities
If the Eur is doing better than the GBP and the USD is doing better than EUR= Sell GBP/USD
If the GBP is doing better than the EUR and the USD is doing better than GBP= Sell EUR/USD
if the Eur is doing better than the USD and the EUR is doing better than GBP= Buy EUR/USD
if the GBP is doing better than the USD and the GBP is doing better than EUR= Buy GBP/USD


If USD is doing better than EUR and GBP----check the EUR/GBP, pick the weaker one----- pair it against the USD and Sell (EUR/USD or GBP/USD)
If USD is doing bad againt EUR and GBP-----check the EUR/USD, pick the tronger one----- Pair it against the USD and BUY (EUR/USD or GBP/USD)

Getting started...Kick off on Monday

The EA I have been working on will enter into the live market on Monday 25.

Though all the test and analysis carried out on the EA is based on past live charts, using it in the market with the current chart of the trade will give the expected result (Hopefully).

There will be an upgrade of the EA's results on this blog.

As the results are been published, the decision on whether to give out the EA will be determined.
